Ian leads Graffitico with a focus on sustainability, long-term stewardship, and service excellence.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainability from Stanford University and is dedicated to advancing environmentally responsible building care practices across the region.
Ian’s leadership ensures that Graffitico remains deeply aligned with its mission to protect and enhance Seattle’s urban spaces.

James — President & Head of Operations

James oversees day-to-day operations and service innovation.
Holding a Master's degree in Geology, he applies scientific precision to developing environmentally safe, highly effective removal and maintenance techniques.
James and Ian grew up together in the Pacific Northwest, attending grade school, high school, and college alongside each other — a lifelong friendship that forms the foundation of Graffitico’s values-driven culture.

Hilario — General Manager & Head of Service Delivery

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in Seattle’s graffiti removal and pressure washing industry, Hilario ensures that every project is completed to the highest technical and aesthetic standards.
His deep operational knowledge and hands-on approach make him a trusted expert in maintaining the city's properties with care and precision.

Pat — Sales Lead

Pat leads customer outreach, working closely with commercial, municipal, and institutional clients across the Puget Sound region.
He is known for his responsive service, creative problem-solving, and ability to design customized service plans that fit each client’s needs and goals.

Alan — Customer Service Lead

Alan ensures every client receives attentive, efficient service from initial contact through project completion.
He manages scheduling, client communications, and support operations with a focus on reliability, care, and continuous improvement.
